How our service works
Simply give us a call or drop us an email and let us know what style of shutters you think you’d like, from there we’ll book you in an appointment for a time to suit for us to bring a full selection of samples to you.
Whilst on site we’ll listen to your ideas, take all the measurements needed and run through the various options you can have – Louvre size, design, colour, tilt rod or invisible tilt rod options, material, budget, etcetera.
Thanks to the latest technology in photographic cad design we’re able to photograph your window and show you how each option would look in that space… how cool is that?
In most cases we’ll be able to give you a written quote there and then so no waiting. We can leave the quote with you or you can accept by either calling to pay deposits by card or by transfer online.
Once deposits have been received we shall place your order. Each shutter is bespoke and made to order so naturally there is a lead time. On average this is 6-8 weeks this can be fast tracked to 4 weeks for additional air freight costs. 2 weeks prior to your new shutters arriving we shall contact you to arrange an install date to suit.
When on site our install team will carefully assemble your new shutters, install and finish to the highest standard possible. Our install teams are courteous, clean and quiet and will leave your home and new shutters immaculate for you to enjoy.
